minimalmac: Dashnote is a lovely little Dashboard widget that syncs with your Simplenote account. Just downloaded. I like it. For a little while, I was running a Fluid app in my menubar for Simplenote, but this is a bit more stylised. Dashnote is the the fourth Dashboard Widget That I Actually Have A Use For (the other three are the Currency Converter, MiniBatteryStatus, and iStat Nano). Has anyone written that totally killer app for the Dashboard yet? Every Dashboard widget either seems too simple (“Everything’s A Clock Syndrome,” I think Mr. M calls it) or complex enough to be upgraded to Real OS X Application™ status. I’d be interested to know which (if any) Dashboard widgets people use — not just widgets you have, but widgets you use.
